A person thought to be a man in women's clothing has recently trespassed on an all-girls high school in Wonju, Gangwon Province, according to local media reports Friday.
The school reported the intrusion to police on Wednesday, according to the Yonhap News Agency.
Surveillance footage of the school showed an individual wearing a wig and makeup entering the gates at around 4:51 p.m. on Tuesday, roaming the campus for about 40 minutes. Witnesses said he claimed to be a graduate of a nearby middle school.
Investigators found evidence suggesting that a similar incident had happened at the middle school mentioned by the suspect. They are conducting a probe to see if the two men spotted at the two schools are the same person.
Police are currently tracking down the suspect, intending to investigate him for unlawful intrusion upon a building.
